You take a photo of your dog's stool. PooScan combines it with your dog's profile (breed, age, weight, lifestyle, known conditions) and a quick symptom check, then uses AI to give you a clear screening result: an urgency level, a Bristol score, what it noticed, possible causes, and a practical recommendation. It can also generate a tidy PDF you can hand to your vet.

What do I get and what does it cost?
Plans are an annual subscription ($29.99/year), a monthly subscription ($4.99/month), and a one-time single-scan unlock ($0.99). Prices show in your local currency.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
All billing runs through Apple, so you manage it in your Apple account: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone. The app's own Settings screen has a button that takes you straight there. Cancel at least 24 hours before your next renewal date to avoid the next charge; you keep access until the period you've paid for ends.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds go through Apple, not us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something went wrong on our end, email us too and we'll help where we can.
I paid but don't see my access.
Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases. If it still doesn't show, make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you bought it with, then email us.
Where do my dog's photos go?
When you scan, the photo and the details you entered are sent securely to our AI providers to produce your result, then discarded on our side — we don't keep your photos on our servers. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
Who processes my data?
Three providers handle a scan on our behalf: Cloudflare (the secure server in front of the AI), Anthropic (the main AI that reads the photo), and OpenAI (an automatic backup if the main one is unavailable). We don't sell your data or use it for ads.
Where is my scan history kept?
Your scan results and pet profiles are stored on your phone, not in an online account with us. They stay there until you delete them or remove the app.
How do I delete all my data?
In the app, go to Settings → Reset all data. That wipes every pet profile, scan, and setting from your device. Since we don't keep your photos or hold a server account for you, this clears it out. To make a formal GDPR request, email us.
